The Bladon Springs State Park in Alabama encompasses 357 acres in Choctaw County. Unique to the park is that it is located around four mineral springs. The mineral springs were opened to the public in 1838 and stayed open throughout the Civil War. Alabama purchased the property in 1934 and visitors can still go to the mineral springs.
There is one campsite in the park, the Bladon Springs Campground, that has 10 "modern" campsites with RV hookups. Though primarily RV campsites, tent campers are welcome. Bladon Park offers offers picnic tables, grills and playground.
